Data Protection Representative

Appointing a data representative is mandatory for companies based outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). iliomad, through its European offices, acts as the European Data Representative where data of European citizens are processed.

Such a representative is commonly communicated to the regulatory authorities and is required in the ICF for example during clinical trials.

In order to provide a one stop shop service, iliomad has teamed up with dedicated partners to provide EU and UK representation for Life Science companies monitoring the behaviour of individuals located in the EEA or the UK (as per GDPR and UK GDPR regulations). This partnership allows iliomad clients to compliantly conduct their medical research everywhere in the EEA and in the UK.
