Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Knowledge Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing iliomad’s knowledge database, steering our newsletter, and producing a variety of engaging content. This role is pivotal in disseminating valuable information and maintaining our company's reputation as a leader in health data privacy and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve iliomad’s knowledge database.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of the company newsletter.
  • Write informative articles and news updates relevant to our industry.
  • Create compelling content for the website, including infographics, brochures, and whitepapers.
  • Organize and host webinars to educate and engage our audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content is compliant with privacy and medical research regulations.

Key Criteria For Success

  • Ownership of the Topic: Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and autonomy in managing the subject matter.
  • Ability to Structure and Simplify Regulations: Can extract key elements from complex regulatory texts and present them in a clear, actionable format.
  • Strong Aptitude for Digital Tools and Environments: Comfortable navigating digital workspaces and leveraging digital tools to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations and medical research regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with creative individuals.
  • Strong project management skills with an aptitude for multitasking.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual proficiency, especially in English.
  • Comfortable with a remote work setup.
  • Comfortable with Webflow, make, and Notion tools.
